Jan Pauly
Jan Pauly je právník a zkušený manažer v oblasti řízení větvených korporátních celků. Posledních 10 let strávil ve vrcholných pozicích, včetně pozice CEO, ve které se pohybuje nepřetržitě od roku 2017. Zkušenosti získal zejména při řízení holdingové struktury s 350 zaměstnanci a obratem přes 3 mld. Kč ročně, aj. Je též kantorem na právnických fakultách v Plzni a Praze, kde vyučuje již 10 let v magisterském a LL.M. programu.
V rámci skupiny FIPOX se soustředí především na strategické řízení firem s cílem optimalizace provozních procesů a nákladů napříč celým holdingem. Současně se též věnuje práci s lidmi od jejich profilace, správného zařazení, až po jejich osobní rozvoj.
Martina Hubáčková
Martina leads the financial management of the FIPOX group. She is responsible for financial strategy, controlling, cash flow management, and the financing of both investment and development projects. As a member of the group’s investment committee, she participates in decision-making regarding new acquisitions, transaction structuring, and the evaluation of their profitability and risks.
In her work, she combines experience in taxation, banking, credit financing, and risk management. Her extensive knowledge of the banking environment allows her to assess projects from the perspectives of an investor, a financing institution, and an owner.
Martina joined the FIPOX group in 2022 as a risk manager. She contributed to the establishment of the analytical department, the professionalization of financial management, and the implementation of systematic project evaluation. Over time, she assumed responsibility for the finances of the development division and subsequently for the entire group.
In her current role, she focuses on creating a stable financial foundation for the further growth of the FIPOX group, developing its investment portfolio, and executing increasingly complex projects. Long-term stability, responsible management, and sustainable development are her key priorities.
Martina holds a degree in Corporate Finance and Business from the Brno University of Technology (VUT) and has furthered her education in real estate valuation and credit financing.
Monika Bajerová
Monika is responsible for implementing the investment strategy of the FIPOX Group and managing an investment portfolio valued at over 13 billion CZK. She evaluates new investment opportunities, manages the due diligence process, participates in transaction structuring, and coordinates the cooperation of legal, financial, and technical advisors. Concurrently, she is dedicated to the active management and development of individual projects.
She focuses primarily on real estate and development investments. In her decision-making, she connects the growth potential of projects with a rigorous assessment of their economics, risks, and financing options.
She has been active in the financial sector for nearly fourteen years, including ten years in banking and nearly four years within the FIPOX Group. Her experience at Komerční banka provided her with detailed insight into bank financing, credit risks, and the evaluation of the long-term sustainability of projects. Within the FIPOX Group, she has focused on the financial management of development projects, controlling, cash flow management, and the preparation of materials for banks, investment funds, and management decision-making.
She studied at the Faculty of Economics at Matej Bel University, specializing in Economics and Management of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises.
Ivana Hutyrová
She studied at the Faculty of Economics and Administration of Masaryk University, majoring in Business Economics and Management (Bc.). During her studies she focused on accounting, both financial and managerial, and controlling. After graduation, she worked for eight years at Komerční banka, where she held various positions. For the last five years, she worked as an Account Officer at the Corporate Center, where she worked with bank advisors and various departments of the bank. Her job responsibilities included processing deals, preparing applications, contract documentation, entering contracts into systems, writing pricing exceptions and reviewing terms and conditions for business loans. She was also involved in preparing reports and documents for her colleagues.
