Jan Pauly
Jan Pauly je právník a zkušený manažer v oblasti řízení větvených korporátních celků. Posledních 10 let strávil ve vrcholných pozicích, včetně pozice CEO, ve které se pohybuje nepřetržitě od roku 2017. Zkušenosti získal zejména při řízení holdingové struktury s 350 zaměstnanci a obratem přes 3 mld. Kč ročně, aj. Je též kantorem na právnických fakultách v Plzni a Praze, kde vyučuje již 10 let v magisterském a LL.M. programu.
V rámci skupiny FIPOX se soustředí především na strategické řízení firem s cílem optimalizace provozních procesů a nákladů napříč celým holdingem. Současně se též věnuje práci s lidmi od jejich profilace, správného zařazení, až po jejich osobní rozvoj.
Martina Hubáčková
Martina graduated from the Faculty of Business and Management at Brno University of Technology with a degree in Tax Consulting and Corporate Finance and Business. Over the course of her career, she has gained experience in finance and taxation, where she has more than 14 years of professional experience. During this time, she held positions as a tax advisor assistant at KPMG Czech Republic, spent over 8 years as a business loan specialist at Komerční banka, worked as a self-employed economic consultant, and served as a loan specialist for ZFP Academy. In recent years, she has expanded her higher education with a course in Real Estate Valuation and passed the Professional Examination at the Czech National Bank (ČNB) under the Consumer Credit Act: Expertise Groups I and III. At FIPOX, she serves as Risk and Finance Manager.
Monika Bajerová
Monika is a head of investments with over ten years of experience in the banking sector. At the FIPOX group, she is involved in the financial management of development projects, the creation of financial plans, and monitoring their economic efficiency. She provides key financial documentation for bank financing and fund investments. Drawing on her extensive experience from Komerční banka, she brings a banking institutional perspective to the fund regarding creditworthiness, risks, and the long-term sustainability of projects. In this way, she helps investors bridge the gap between attractive returns and prudent capital management with high financial discipline.
Ivana Hutyrová
She studied at the Faculty of Economics and Administration of Masaryk University, majoring in Business Economics and Management (Bc.). During her studies she focused on accounting, both financial and managerial, and controlling. After graduation, she worked for eight years at Komerční banka, where she held various positions. For the last five years, she worked as an Account Officer at the Corporate Center, where she worked with bank advisors and various departments of the bank. Her job responsibilities included processing deals, preparing applications, contract documentation, entering contracts into systems, writing pricing exceptions and reviewing terms and conditions for business loans. She was also involved in preparing reports and documents for her colleagues.
