Jan Pauly
Jan Pauly is the COO of the FIPOX. He focuses on the strategic management of companies with the aim of optimising operational processes and costs across the entire holding company. He is also involved in people management, from profiling and correct placement to personal development.
He works with the brands and their teams to ensure that operational processes and the filling of roles meet the needs of the entire group.
Jan is a lawyer and manager with experience in managing complex corporate structures. For the past ten years, he has held senior positions, including CEO since 2017. He gained his experience primarily through managing a holding company structure with 350 employees and an annual turnover of over 3 billion CZK.
For the past ten years, he has been teaching on Master’s and LL.M. programmes at law faculties in Plzeň and Prague.
Martina Hubáčková
Martina Hubáčková is the CFO of the FIPOX and heads up its financial management. She is responsible for financial strategy, controlling, cash flow management and the financing of investment and property development projects. She is a member of the investment committee and is involved in decision-making regarding new acquisitions, structuring transactions and assessing their profitability and risks.
She focuses on ensuring a stable financial foundation for the group’s continued growth and for increasingly complex projects. Her key priorities are long-term stability, responsible management and sustainable development.
She joined FIPOX in 2022 as a risk manager. She helped to establish the analytics department, professionalise financial management and introduce a systematic project evaluation process. She gradually took over responsibility for the finances of the property development division and subsequently for the entire group. She combines experience in taxation, banking, loan financing and risk management.
Martina studied corporate finance and business at Brno University of Technology. She went on to undertake further training in property valuation and loan financing.
Petr Marek
Petr Marek is the CCO of the FIPOX, with responsibility across all its brands. He takes charge of the commercial agenda from the CEO, establishes a functional structure for it and systematically develops it.
He works with the brands to develop individual projects: from business models and strategy through to partnerships and international expansion. He is also involved in establishing new business divisions within the group.
Petr has more than twenty years’ managerial experience in managing business and export strategies across various sectors in an international environment. For several years, he headed a manufacturing company in Chile. He developed and managed business strategies in the US, European, Asian and Australian markets. His key achievements include repeated significant growth in turnover and, above all, the expansion of companies’ operations abroad.
Monika Bajerová
Monika Bajerová is Head of Investments at the FIPOX. She is responsible for implementing the investment strategy and for the group’s investments and acquisitions. She assesses new investment opportunities, oversees due diligence, helps to structure transactions and coordinates legal, financial and technical advisers.
She is also involved in the active management and development of individual projects, particularly in property development. She combines the growth potential of projects with a thorough assessment of their financial viability, risks and funding options.
She has been working in the financial sector for almost fourteen years. She spent ten years working in banking. At Komerční banka, she gained an insight into bank financing, credit risks and the assessment of the long-term sustainability of projects. She has been with FIPOX for just under four years. Here, she has focused on the financial management of property development projects, financial control, cash flow and the preparation of documentation for banks, funds and management decision-making.
Monika studied Economics and Management of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises at the Faculty of Economics, Matej Bel University.
Ivana Hutyrová
Ivana Hutyrová is a Senior Risk and Controlling Analyst at the FIPOX. She specialises in risk management and controlling. Through her work, she supports the group’s financial management.
Prior to that, she spent eight years at Komerční banka, where she held various positions. For the last five years, she worked as an account officer at the Corporate Centre, collaborating with banking advisers and other departments within the bank. She processed transactions, applications and contractual documentation, and entered contracts into the systems. She prepared pricing exceptions and checked the conditions for drawing down business loans. She also prepared reports and supporting documents for her colleagues.
Ivana graduated with a Bachelor’s degree (Bc.) in Business Economics and Management from the Faculty of Economics and Administration at Masaryk University. She specialised in financial and management accounting and controlling.
Hana Škrháková
Hana Škrháková is Head of Back Office at the FIPOX. She manages the back office for FIPOX’s corporate structure.
The back office provides the administrative support on which the holding company’s operations rely.
Hana has been working in administration in the private sector for over twenty years. Thanks to her organisational skills, she set up the back office at OKF design, a company that designs steel structures and glass façades. She then spent ten years managing the back office at the Brno-based architectural practice knesl kynčl architekti. For the past five years, she has worked as an assistant in the legal department of an investment group.
