Břetislav Hrabě
Břetislav has been in the world of finance and capital market for over 20 years. He worked as a commercial banker at GE Money Bank and at the former eBank. He has held senior management positions at Swiss Life Select and Broker Consulting, among others. Since 2015, he has held several management positions in companies with investment intermediary licenses, and has created and led the financial distribution of large investment units. It is therefore no coincidence that Břetislav manages business distribution together with participation in investment planning and strategic direction also in the FIPOX Group.
Hana Škrháková
Hanka has been in the field of business process management for over 20 years. Her professional experience includes working for OKF design, a company that designs steel structures and glass facades, 10 years of back office management at the Brno architectural firm knesl kynčl architekti, managing the administrative agenda of the legal department of an investment group, and a position in the management of the law firm Vařečka, Šulc, Kabrhel. At FIPOX she is the Chief Operating Officer of the corporate structure of the FIPOX Group and supervises the implementation of processes set by the Group's top management.
Martina Hubáčková
Martina graduated in Tax Consulting and Corporate Finance and Business at the Brno University of Technology, Faculty of Business. During her career she has gained experience in the field of finance and tax, where she has more than 14 years of experience. During this time, she held positions as an assistant tax advisor at KPMG ČR, for more than 8 years as a specialist for business loans at Komerční banka, as a self-employed economic consultant and also as a specialist in loans for ZFP academy. In recent years, she has extended her higher education by taking a course in Real Estate Valuation and the Professional Examination at the CNB under the Consumer Credit Act. At FIPOX she holds the position of Risk and Finance Manager.
Monika Bajerová
Monika has worked at Komerční banka as a credit analyst since 2010. Based on the analysis of economic data, she assessed the risks of a credit transaction, creditworthiness and creditworthiness of a client. She presented proposals for financial solutions, including risk treatment with hedging instruments. Prepared credit proposals in accordance with the Bank's credit policy. She also profiled specialized financing in the area of real estate entrepreneurs. At FIPOX she holds the position of Risk and Finance Manager.
Michal Stružka
Ivana Hutyrová
She studied at the Faculty of Economics and Administration of Masaryk University, majoring in Business Economics and Management (Bc.). During her studies she focused on accounting, both financial and managerial, and controlling. After graduation, she worked for eight years at Komerční banka, where she held various positions. For the last five years, she worked as an Account Officer at the Corporate Center, where she worked with bank advisors and various departments of the bank. Her job responsibilities included processing deals, preparing applications, contract documentation, entering contracts into systems, writing pricing exceptions and reviewing terms and conditions for business loans. She was also involved in preparing reports and documents for her colleagues.
Michaela Malinová
She holds an engineering degree in Business Management and Economics from the Faculty of Business at Brno University of Technology. During her professional career, she has gained diverse experience, which includes a three-year engagement as a personnel consultant at the SODAT employment agency. Subsequently, she worked for almost four years at Deloitte, where she progressed through positions from ADC Analyst to Audit Consultant. During her Deloitte career, she has been involved in various professional activities ranging from testing the accuracy of accounting and business processes, reviewing financial statements to managing the entire audit engagement including the team of assistants. Michaela is an excellent communicator in English and Spanish. In her current position as a Financial Analyst at FIPOX, she prepares various financial analyses, prepares financial plans for individual projects, and monitors compliance. She also participates in the preparation of the consolidation of the entire group, cooperates in audits or coordinates foreign projects.
Nikola Krumniklová
A graduate of the Mendel University in Brno in International Teritorial Studies with a focus on the European Union, she has gained in-depth knowledge in macroeconomics, microeconomics, international law and trade, and project management during her studies. After her studies, she joined a law firm as an assistant where she acquired basic legal knowledge which she now applies at FIPOX. Previously, Nikola worked for seven years at the Information Centre in Moravian Karst, where she was involved in communication with tourists.
Currently, she holds a position at FIPOX where she takes care of data mailbox services for the entire holding, handles the legal agenda, including archiving contracts and preparing documents, and handles the corporate agenda, such as relocating companies, communicating with courts and authorities, and filing and archiving corporate documentation. He is also involved in issuing invoices and, in collaboration with the back office team, takes care of the company's operations.
Veronika Biedrava
has extensive experience in banking, having spent six years at Komerční banka as a banking advisor, including several years as an advisor to top wealthy clients. She specialized in providing investment and financing advice. Subsequently, she worked as a mortgage specialist at Česká spořitelna, where she dealt with more complex mortgage cases, negotiated loan terms with the Risk Management department and arranged property insurance and term life insurance for clients.
Currently, she manages supplier invoices in the FIPOX group, taking care of everything from invoice registration and archiving to communication with the accounting department. She prepares documents for re-invoicing and issuing customer invoices. Veronica also communicates with vendors and staff across the finance group and handles routine administrative tasks such as filing contracts, ordering office supplies and organizing necessary errands to keep the office running smoothly.
Lucie Klásková
She recently completed her Bachelor's degree and is currently pursuing her Master's degree. She is studying Finance and Law, where she focuses on various financial instruments, financial markets and their legal anchoring. She plans to continue her studies – Czech Language and Literature at the Faculty of Arts of MUNI.
Lucie worked as a receptionist and has extensive experience in communication with customers and also in organizing events.
At FIPOX, Lucie is currently primarily responsible for archiving documents and contracts.
Barbora Tlustá
She studied drama acting and after school she mainly focused on writing, scriptwriting and moderating events. Along with these activities, she started to focus on marketing promotion and content creation for her own gastronomy business and wrote the book Bez obalu, which won the Book of the Year award in the Lifestyle and Hobby category and was also nominated for the Czech Bestseller Award.
She subsequently worked at marketing agency Justmighty, where she looked after the social networks of a wide range of clients, and after six months became a project manager. From start to finish, she organized a wide range of projects, reaching far beyond social networks. She also held the role of project manager at Mime digital agency, specializing in e-commerce projects, while returning to content creation in the company's internal marketing. At FIPOX, Bára is now in charge of all social media content for our brands, creating marketing strategies, and handling all video production.
Roman Ševčík
is a Czech music producer, DJ and videomaker.
In 2011 he co-founded the video production company Tvision, which produces music videos and commercials for famous Czech and Slovak musicians and bands. In 2013 he started studying Interactive Media Theory at Masaryk University in Brno, where he also successfully graduated.
He also writes scripts, lyrics, poems, directs, photographs and produces songs for a wide range of artists. At FIPOX, Roman takes care of all video productions for all our brands, including their complete post-production.
