The year 2021 was crucial for the development and investment company DOMOPLAN. Last year, work began on residential projects with an investment volume of CZK 5.5 billion. In addition, DOMOPLAN has expanded its activities to the Central Bohemian Region, where it will build a new residential district and offer a total of more than 600 new flats on the market.

The year 2021 was also a tipping point for the DOMOPLAN Investment Fund, in which investors invested more than CZK 1 billion. This year, spol. DOMOPLAN new acquisitions in the amount of approximately CZK 6 billion.

Large-scale residential development in Brno

Currently, several projects worth more than CZK 3 billion are under construction in Brno. They will offer 300 new flats on the real estate market.

Expansion into the Central Bohemian Region

With the residential project Brandýs apartments (Na Mariánské cestě), the value of which exceeds CZK 2.2 billion, DOMOPLAN has opened its doors in the Central Bohemian Region. The new district, inspired by the Scandinavian lifestyle, will be built on the outskirts of Brandýs nad Labem - Stará Boleslav and will provide 321 apartments.
